Introduction to Madagascar BSC:

This regulation was issued on March 23, 2007 in the sea of Madagascar. Importers must provide the customs with a new document, i.e. cargo tracking list BSC. The purpose of this regulation is to strengthen the identification, regulation and tracking of imported goods by the government.

What goods need to be handled by Madagascar BSC?

All goods exported to Madagascar (air cargo, sea cargo, container full container, bulk cargo, LCL and most vehicles) need to be handled by Madagascar BSC.
